SLYFER INC is solely owned and operated by Angel G. Estevez, 27, since August 2024. Angel's IT history began in 2016 when he began working at T-Mobile as a Sales Representative. Although his main job duties were under the umbrella of the Sales Department, Angel was able to share his IT expertise with customers. He then leveraged his IT knowledge to become a Lead Samsung Experience Consultant in Bridgewater, New Jersey. With the focus on Samsung products, Angel was able to excel in bringing customer satisfaction by articulating complex technical concepts into simple terms that customers can understand. In addition, he also assisted customers with advanced technical difficulties, such as eradicating malware on mobile devices and resolving 5G connectivity issues in their infant stages.

After some years of being a consultant, Angel wanted to make sure he was equipped with the knowledge to grow even further in his career. With this goal in mind, he started to work for Amazon, where, after meeting a specific set of criteria, Angel received a voucher to attend a six-month online class on Data Analytics with Python Programming. With this newly attained certification, along with his extensive experience of sales and technical expertise, he was able to get hired as an Associate III, Retail Experience Operations at Samsung Electronics Americas. Here, he tracked retail daily sales, assisted in the creation of Operational SOPs, enhanced operational efficiency, and conducted sales audits to find any anomalies and reported it to the appropriate C-suite executives. Angel usually went above and beyond the scope of his work description, ultimately rewarding him with stellar yearly performance reviews and featuring him in the Employee Spotlight within the Samsung Newsletter.

In the fourth quarter of 2024, Angel was given the devastating news that he will be laid off along with other employees due to his organization's restructuring and the permanent closing down of his place of work. In the face of adversity, he decided to begin his own IT consulting practice and incorporated SLYFER INC. In doing so, Angel is able to continue offering his technical expertise and customer service skills. Without the obstacle of having to lick corporate boot and falling into the facade of office politics, Angel can focus on what really matters. That is to provide exceptional customer service, integrity, and provide the appropriate solution to problems presented by clients.

Angel continues to be the Chief Executive Officer of SLYFER INC, where he has successfully secured a temporary IT contract with biotech companies such as Legend Biotech, where he helped with the migration of Windows 10 to Windows 11 operating systems. He also currently provides SEO optimization services for a private e-commerce organization, using his analytical skills to increase listing views and sales conversion rates.
